Meal Schedule
Standard meal times: 8 a.m., 12 noon, 6 p.m. -- If you need a different meal time, let us know! Chef Reggie is happy to help plan your meals with you!
Policies
Non-Refundable Deposits: 25% of the total cost for the number of persons retreat house is reserved for is due within 3 weeks from date of contract. Second 25% non-refundable deposit is due between date of retreat and date of first deposit received. Final 50% of total due is due 3 weeks before retreat date.
Minimum group size is 20. To book entire facility minimum size is 40.
Final count of retreatants must be provided at least two weeks in advance, and groups will be held accountable for at least that number.
For safety reasons, children (under 8th grade) other than infants cannot be brought along.
Smoking is not permitted in the building.
